Who we are

LAVO Quick connects car owners in Lahore with verified washers who come to their home or office. Customers book and pay in the LAVO Quick app; washers use the same app to find jobs, navigate and get paid.

The waterless method

Our washers do not use hoses, buckets or pressure washers. They use a waterless wash: a cleaning spray that loosens dirt from the paint, wiped off with clean microfibre cloths, then a dry buff. Glass, tyres, rims and the inside of the car are cleaned the same way, with a vacuum for the interior.

It means no water on your driveway or street, and the wash can be done in a basement or an office car park. It also keeps us within the Punjab rules on washing cars with a hose at home.

Service standards

• Verified washers. Every freelance washer is checked before approval: CNIC, selfie and police character certificate.
• Ratings. Customers rate every job. Washers whose rolling rating falls below our minimum are suspended pending review.
• Privacy. Customers and washers never see each other's phone numbers. Chat and calls go through the app, and the washer sees your exact address only after you accept their offer.
• Clear prices. You see the price, including tax, before you book, and the washer sees their earning before they accept.

Before and after photos

The washer has to take photos of every car before the wash can start, and again before it can be marked complete. The app records when and where each photo was taken. You see the photos in the booking, and we use them to look into any problem you report.
