Delete your LAVO Quick account

In the app

1. Open the LAVO Quick app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. You are signed out on every phone.

Before you delete

• Finish or cancel any active booking or request.
• Customers: if your wallet has money, request a refund in Wallet first. LAVO Credit cannot be paid out and ends with the account.
• Washers: earnings, cash and dues must be settled first. Contact us if you still have a balance.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• Deleted: your name and number, cars, addresses, push notification tokens and sign-ins. For washers also the CNIC number, verification documents and payout account.
• Kept without your name and number: booking and payment records, because accounting and tax law requires them.

You can sign up again later with the same number as a new account.
